It is both Memorial Day weekend and Trinity Sunday. Trinity Sunday is a unique opportunity to talk about God's being rather than what God is doing.

When we think of a centurion we tend to think of a mean, hardened soldier. The centurion that approaches Jesus is different. He is a friend of the Jews. He is a man of faith.

Jesus was resurrected. Jesus, Peter, and Paul all were channels of resurrection. Does resurrection still happen? Would you like to resurrect someone? It is possible!

It's Father's Day. Pastor Doug reminds us that the children are not likely to find a father in God unless they find something of God in their father.
